กฎหมายสมรสเท่าเทียม มีผลบังคับใช้ 22 มกราคม 2568. เว็บไซต์ราชกิจจานุเบกษาได้เผยแพร่ พระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ (ฉบับที่ 24) พ.ศ. 2567 หรือที่เรียกกันว่า กฎหมายสมรสเท่าเทียม ซึ่งเป็นก้าวสำคัญของประเทศไทยในการยอมรับสิทธิของบุคคลทุกเพศ 22 ม.ค. 2568

วันจันทร์ที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2567. วันเสาร์ที่ 20 กรกฎาคม 2567. วันพุธที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2567. วันอาทิตย์ที่ 28 กรกฎาคม 2567 ถือเป็นฤกษ์แต่งงานที่ดีทั้งหญิงและชาย และดีทั้งคนที่เคยผ่านการแต่งงานมาแล้ว 3 ธ.ค. 2566

สมรส เท่าเทียม 2566 คือ อะไร
