โรคลำไส้แปรปรวน หรือ Irritable bowel syndrome เป็นกลุ่มโรคการทำงานของทางเดินอาหารผิดปกติ ซึ่งพบได้บ่อยในเวชปฏิบัติ โดย  ดิฉันก็มีอาการปวดท้องทั้งเหมือนเป็นกระเพาะ ทั้งอาการปวดอยากถ่ายสองอย่างรวมกันเลยค่ะ ตอนนี้กลุ้มใจมาก กลัวเหมือนกัน อาการคือปวดท้องอยากถ่ายบิดมาเป็นพักๆ แล้วพอผายลมอาการก็จะดีขึ้น ตรวจอุจจาระดูแล้ว  ทั้งนี้ ลำไส้แปรปรวนในกลุ่มอาการท้องผูกจะไม่อืดท้องมากเหมือนกับอาการท้องผูกทั่วไปแต่อย่างใด และไม่ทำให้ผู้ป่วยถ่ายอุจจาระปนเลือดหรือมีน้ำหนักตัวลดลง หากมีอาการดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นควรไปปรึกษาแพทย์ เพื่อเข้ารับ  ดิฉันก็มีอาการปวดท้องทั้งเหมือนเป็นกระเพาะ ทั้งอาการปวดอยากถ่ายสองอย่างรวมกันเลยค่ะ ตอนนี้กลุ้มใจมาก กลัวเหมือนกัน อาการคือปวดท้องอยากถ่ายบิดมาเป็นพักๆ แล้วพอผายลมอาการก็จะดีขึ้น ตรวจอุจจาระดูแล้ว  โรคลำไส้แปรปรวน หรือ ไอบีเอส IBS เกิดจากลำไส้ส่วนปลายทำงานผิดปรกติ ได้แก่ ปลายลำไส้ใหญ่และลำไส้เล็กบีบตัวมากเกินไป ทำให้เกิดอาการปวดท้อง แน่นท้อง ไม่สบายท้อง มีปัญหาเรื่องระบบขับถ่าย ท้องผูก
